Columbine - Cardinal

The Columbine Cardinal, 'Aquilegia ‘Cardinal', a Columbine in the Songbird series, is a beautiful, easy to grow spring blooming perennial. The green foliage adds texture and color in the fall to any of your perennial beds. The exquisite 3” wide petals are long-spurred, large, red and white bicolor. Tiarella - Crow Feather Foam Flower The Tiarella Crow Feather, 'Tiarella hybrid', also known as Foamflower, is becoming one of the most popluar shade perennials on the market today. ‘Crow Feather’ has bright green foliage with purple to black centers and is very fragrant. Best of all, the winter colors are more exciting. They are a mix of red, pink, black and purple. White flowers appear in the summer; however, Tiarella’s are not noted for their flowers. ‘Crow Feather’ has a plant height of 10-12” and a plant spread of 12-15”. Tiarella will do best in full shade and need average to moist soil. Try planting this popular perennial with Lamium ‘White Nancy’, Hosta ‘Patriot’ or ‘Japanese Painted Fern’.
