It may be hard to believe but beautiful in reality, the fresh, uniform green foliage in beautiful pots is a unique, stunning addition to any table setting or special occasions. For example, Easter eggs nestled in the grass makes a wonderful Easter centerpiece. Wheatgrass is almost as good as fresh pesto in the dead of winter to give you hope that spring will arrive. Just six ounces of Wheatgrass juice, an extract of Wheatgrass seedlings, can supply the daily vitamins and mineral needs of an adult. They also make tasty sprouts. . Sunflower - False - Summer Sun The Sunflower False, Summer Sun, 'Heliopsis helianthoides', is a perennial sunflower that blooms all summer. The Summer Sun also makes a nice cut flower. It is an excellent summer and fall screen or border. The False sunflower looks best when planted in mass. The Sunflower False, Summer Sun, can be planted in the spring after the last average frost date. It can also be successfully planted in the fall. This sunflower will grow in almost any soil but it blooms and thrives best in rich garden soil.
